Four stages, start to finish. Nothing here needs you to make an eBay account, write a listing, or talk to a buyer.
Send a few phone photos and a one-line description of each item through the contact form — no need for anything polished, we just need to see condition and roughly what it is.
We'll reply honestly. Our minimum is around £15 per item once sold — below that, eBay and postage fees eat the whole sale, and we'll say so rather than take something that won't be worth your time or ours. Bundled small items (a box of kids' toys, a stack of vinyl) can still be worth sending as a lot.
Two ways to do this:
Post it in. Pack it yourself and send it tracked and insured — we'll give you the address once we've agreed what's coming. You're responsible for the parcel until it reaches us, which is why we always say insure it.
Book a collection. Within 8 miles of Northern Quarter, Manchester, we'll collect in person — particularly worth it for furniture, large electricals, or anything awkward to post.
Either way, everything you send gets checked against your list, itemised, and you get a receipt confirming exactly what we've received before anything is listed.
Each item is photographed properly — clean background, every angle a buyer would want to see, any damage shown honestly rather than hidden. The listing describes the item accurately: brand, size, condition, flaws included.
Pricing is based on what similar items have actually sold for recently, not what we'd like it to be worth. If you have a minimum you won't go below, tell us when you send the item and we'll hold to it.
You'll have the eBay username the items are listed under, so you can watch your own listings, see bids and watchers, the same as if you'd listed them yourself.
Once an item sells, we pack it properly and ship it — and we deal with every buyer message, question and, occasionally, complaint. That part never comes back to you.
If it doesn't sell, we'll relist up to 2 times with price adjustments based on what the listing actually told us (views with no watchers usually means the price is wrong). After 60 days with no sale, you choose: we post it back to you (postage cost deducted) or we donate it.
After an item sells, there's a short window during which an eBay return is still possible, and we wait for that to close before releasing payment — this is to protect you, not to sit on your money. Once it closes, payment lands in your bank account within 14 days.
Every payout comes with an itemised statement: what sold, for how much, our commission, any postage or fees deducted, and the total — so there's never a single unexplained number.
