The questions that come up most. Something not covered here? Ask — the contact form goes straight to us.
Fill in the contact form with photos and a rough description of what you'd like to sell. We'll reply — usually within a couple of days — saying what we think it'll fetch and whether it's worth sending.
Post it in, tracked and insured, to the address we'll give you once we've agreed what's coming. Collection is only available within 8 miles of Northern Quarter, Manchester — everyone else posts.
We'll relist up to 2 times with the price adjusted based on actual interest. After 60 days unsold, you choose: posted back (you cover return postage) or donated to charity. Anything not claimed within 14 days of that choice being offered is donated by default.
On the way to us: that's on your insurance, since you choose the courier and we don't see the item until it arrives. On the way to the buyer: that's on us, since we choose the courier and insure every outbound parcel — you're paid as if it sold normally.
By bank transfer, within 14 days of the item's return window closing, with an itemised statement showing every sale, fee and the total. Expect roughly 4–6 weeks from us receiving an item to a payout landing, longer for anything we hold out for a better price on.
Yes — tell us when you send the item. We won't list below it. The trade-off is that a firm minimum can mean it takes longer to sell, or doesn't sell within the window at all.
Before any bids or offers, yes, for a £20 withdrawal fee to cover the listing and packing time already spent. Once there's a bid or an accepted offer, no — ending a live sale damages our account's standing, which affects every seller we're working for, not just you.
The commission covers the photography, writing and pricing the listing, answering every buyer question, packing, shipping, and handling any return or dispute — plus eBay and payment processing fees, which we absorb rather than pass on separately. It's priced so a well-sold item is still worth more to you than it would've sat worth in a wardrobe.
Yes — link once the eBay shop exists. You'll also get the exact username for your own items once they're listed, so you can watch them directly.
They get listed honestly — as untested, for spares, or for repair — never as fully working unless you've confirmed it is. If a buyer later proves an item we listed as working wasn't, we refund them and that cost is absorbed by us, not deducted from your payout.
