What learners say

Honest ones, including the lukewarm ones. A page of nothing but five stars tells you only that someone deleted the others.

Every review on this page is a placeholder written for the preview. None of them came from a real learner, nobody has had a lesson yet, and publishing them as if they were real would be a fake-review offence under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act. Delete all four and replace them with real ones, or delete the page.

Passed first time with three minors. I had failed twice with another instructor and had basically given up. The difference was being told what we were doing and why, instead of just being told off.

I am 41 and had never driven. I was embarrassed about that and it turned out to be a complete non-issue. We did the first half hour in a car park with the engine off and I stopped dreading it.

Did the 20-hour block before uni finished. Honest about the fact that I needed more than the ten hours I had budgeted for, which I would rather hear in week one than the day before the test.

Refresher after eleven years off the road. Two lessons and I had the car back on the drive doing the school run. Only gripe is how hard evening slots are to get.

Where reviews should actually live

A testimonial on an instructor's own website is worth very little, because the instructor chose it. Google Business Profile reviews are worth a great deal, because they cannot be quietly removed and they feed local search. Ask every learner who passes to leave one there, on the day, while they are pleased — and link this page at it rather than curating quotes here.
