What I do with your details
Short, because there is not much to say. A driving school does not need much about you and should not keep it long.
What is collected
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email, phone number if you give one, pickup postcode, what you are interested in, your availability, and anything you write in the message box. There is no analytics script on this site, no advertising pixel, and no cookie banner, because there are no cookies to consent to.
What it is used for
Replying to you, and arranging lessons if you want them. Nothing else. It is never sold, never shared with another driving school or a lead-generation service, and never used to add you to a mailing list.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that do not become lessons are deleted after [six months]. If you become a pupil, lesson records are kept while you are learning and for [two years] afterwards, because insurance and tax records require it.
Health and disability information
If you tell me about a health condition or a disability that affects driving, that is sensitive personal data. It is used only to plan your lessons safely, is never passed on without your say-so, and you can ask me to delete it at any point while still having lessons.
Your rights
You can ask what I hold about you, ask for it corrected, or ask for it deleted, and I have one month to do it. Email [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with how I handle that, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
